Ahora conocemos los nominados para los Game Developers Choice Awards en su quinceava edición, donde se reconocerá a los mejores juegos del 2014. La ceremonia se hará durante el Game Developers Conference 2015 junto con los Independent Games Festival Awards el día 4 de mayo del 2015 en San Francisco.
No hay muchas sorpresas con respecto a lo que vimos hace unas semanas en los Game Awards 2014 ya que muchos títulos como Bayonetta 2, Hearthstone, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, Destiny, Super Smash Bros. 3DS, y Shovel Knight se muestran entre los destacados.
El juego con más nominaciones es Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor compitiendo por juego del año, innovación, mejor diseño, mejor narrativa y mejor tecnología.
Nintendo por su parte sigue teniendo buenos resultados con Super Smash Bros. para 3DS y Bayonetta 2. Además, Captain Toad hace su aparición al ser nominado en la categoría de diseño.
